Please remember to keep a copy of the completed forms for your records.
Welcome packets with detailed information will be mailed on May 15th, 2009.

1. Register Early! Please notice the price changes depending on the postmark date. Please register by June 15th in order to facilitate the meal count.

2. Participation is limited and we cannot guarantee a spot if you register after June 15th. Cabin space goes very quickly.

3. In keeping with the original intent of the Women’s Summer Solstice, only boys 30 months of age and younger are allowed to attend.

4. All attendees age 13 and older are asked to volunteer for two 2-hour work shifts as a contribution and gift to the wholeness of our community. These shifts provide opportunities to meet other women and contribute to the spirit of the gathering.

5. There are always areas where an extra hand is needed. In the Spirit of the Goddess, please be aware and volunteer a helping hand when ever needed.

6. Goddess Grants (reduced price registrations) are available on a very limited basis to those who have a genuine need for assistance. These grants are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Please leave a message either on our voice mail or email if you need more information or would like to receive a grant.

7. Please note that anyone under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will be responsible for them this entire weekend.

8. Payment is due with your completed registration form. We only accept checks at this time.

9. Pets are not allowed.

10. To protect the security and peace of our gathering, we will provide a map and directions only to registered participants. In general, it is about 80 miles east of Seattle.

11. The basic cost of the event is $150 and includes: tent camping, all the rituals, healing lodge, sweat lodge, moon lodge, meals, and most workshops. Luxury fees, cabin space, and late registration fees are extra. Please see the registration form to calculate your cost.

12. After registering, you will receive a welcome packet full of information and details on what to bring, descriptions of rituals, and the weekend schedule of events.
